Marketing/Administrative Assistant (Part-Time + Remote)

The Marketing/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling meetings, running payroll, paying bills, completing internal company marketing tasks, and assisting the CEO with other administrative activities as needed. Compensation is $20/hour with the potential to go on salary.
Requirements:
- Available to work for 15-20 hours weekly during EST business hours.
- Be tech-savvy and open to learning new technologies.
- Must be comfortable working remotely.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills (knowledge and usage of proper grammar is crucial).

Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Project Manager (Temporary)
We're hiring a temporary Project Manager to join our remote team! The Project Manager will
manage various marketing projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is
full-time and temporary (mid-December through mid-February).
What You'll Do:
- Lead, manage and supervise large-scale projects from beginning to end

Copywriter (Full-Time)

- Conduct market and client research
- Develop marketing strategies for nonprofit organizations.
- Write compelling copy for a range of projects (including print, digital and social media)
- Collaborate with the account managers and design team to brainstorm, develop, and execute campaigns.
- Take initiative; we’re looking for a talented self-starter to take ideas from concept to completion.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years copywriting or marketing experience
- 30-35 hours/week availability (10:00 am – 5:00 pm EST).

Graphic Designer
We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our remote team! As a member of our team, this role works in a fast-paced environment and must be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and attentive to detail. Director of Agency Marketing and Business Development
We’re hiring a Director of Agency Marketing and Business Development! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to help grow our agency successfully. This is a flexible and remote position that will start part-time with the potential to turn into full-time.

What You'll Do:

Qualifications:
