Project Manager (Temporary)

We're hiring a temporary Project Manager to join our remote team! The Project Manager will manage various marketing projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position is full-time and temporary (mid-December through mid-February).

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, manage and supervise large-scale projects from beginning to end
  • Ensure project timelines and deadlines are being met
  • Work with copy, design, research, and strategy teams
  • Develop a schedule designed to meet necessary deadlines and communicate with team members.
  • Monitor project progress and handle moderately complex issues that arise
  • Meet with clients to discuss project updates and concerns

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 Year Management, Marketing, or Leadership Experience
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to say no or push back on requests, while still maintaining positive image on behalf of the team
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
  • 30-35 hours/week availability (10:00 am – 5:00 pm EST).

Copywriter (Full-Time)

We’re looking for a creative, experienced copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and client research
  • Develop marketing strategies for nonprofit organizations.
  • Write compelling copy for a range of projects (including print, digital and social media)
  • Collaborate with the account managers and design team to brainstorm, develop, and execute campaigns.
  • Take initiative; we’re looking for a talented self-starter to take ideas from concept to completion.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years copywriting or marketing experience
  • 30-35 hours/week availability (10:00 am – 5:00 pm EST).

We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our remote team! As a member of our team, this role works in a fast-paced environment and must be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and attentive to detail.   • 2-3 years of graphic design experience

Director of Agency Marketing and Business Development

We’re hiring a Director of Agency Marketing and Business Development! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to help grow our agency successfully. This is a flexible and remote position that will start part-time with the potential to turn into full-time.

  • Familiarity with and knowledge of marketing strategy

What You'll Do:

  • Support our strategic goals of thought leadership, increasing visibility, and brand recognition while also strengthening and expanding our client base
  • Develop and implement marketing, communications, and business development strategies, contribute to long term strategic planning, and oversee the long term build-out of a marketing team
  • Oversee creation of marketing materials, including sales decks, website, social media, email, and all related communications materials
  • Create and oversee content marketing strategy
  • Work directly with CEO to identify prospects, and help build relationships in pursuit of opportunities
  • Handle incoming leads, filtering to find the most relevant to pursue, write and send proposals
  • Maintain and develop relationships with other vendors and experts in the marketing and nonprofit fields

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development/marketing, preferably in the nonprofit or marketing industry
  • Excellent presentation, research, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and Social Media
  • Ability to travel occasionally
