Project Manager

We're hiring a Project Manager to join our remote team! This role works in a fun and fast-paced environment and is critical in ensuring the success of our marketing projects. This role starts as part-time and will eventually turn into a full-time position.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, manage and supervise large-scale projects from beginning to end
  • Ensure project timelines and deadlines are being met

  • Develops a schedule designed to meet necessary deadlines and communicates with team members.
  • Monitors project progress and handle moderately complex issues that arise
  • Meet with clients to discuss project updates and concerns

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 Year Management, Marketing, or Leadership Experience

We're hiring an experienced Copywriter to join our remote team!

We’re looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our remote team! Bookkeeper

We're hiring an experienced part-time Bookkeeper to join our team! This is a flexible and remote position that is about 5 hours per week. The ideal candidate would be able to come into our office in Inwood, NY, once a week.

What We're Looking for:

  • Someone who understands all of the complexities of tax, payroll, and accounting compliance for small to medium-sized businesses
  • Attention to detail

What You'll Do:

  • Manages accurate records of contracts, invoices, receipts, and deposit slips

  • Ensure company financials are organized and up-to-date
  • Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of the company

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Solid understanding and familiarity with QuickBooks
  • Experience with US tax laws and familiarity with US federal, state, and local legal requirements

We’re hiring a Director of Agency Marketing and Business Development! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to help grow our agency successfully. This is a flexible and remote position that will start part-time with the potential to turn into full-time.

What You'll Do:

  • Support our strategic goals of thought leadership, increasing visibility, and brand recognition while also strengthening and expanding our client base
  • Develop and implement marketing, communications, and business development strategies, contribute to long term strategic planning, and oversee the long term build-out of a marketing team
  • Oversee creation of marketing materials, including sales decks, website, social media, email, and all related communications materials
  • Create and oversee content marketing strategy
  • Work directly with CEO to identify prospects, and help build relationships in pursuit of opportunities
  • Handle incoming leads, filtering to find the most relevant to pursue, write and send proposals
  • Maintain and develop relationships with other vendors and experts in the marketing and nonprofit fields

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development/marketing, preferably in the nonprofit or marketing industry
  • Excellent presentation, research, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite, and Social Media
  • Ability to travel occasionally
